Looking for a fun, activity- filled place for your children this summer? The City of San Marcos’ Parks and Recreation Department has got you covered.

Registration is currently open for both Summer Fun and Discovery Camps for city residents. Non-resident registration will open on April 15.

Camp times are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at Dunbar Recreation Center. Lunch is provided Monday through Thursdays by San Marcos CISD.

Summer Fun is a recreation-based interactive camp aimed at children aged seven to 13 years old. The fee is $40 a week for residents and $63 a week for non-residents and includes one field trip a week as well as breakfast and lunch. Camp dates are June 10 through August 2, Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at San Marcos High School. With Summer Fun, breakfast and lunch are provided Monday through Thursday through San Marcos CISD.
