Improper Photography

San Marcos Police have arrested Morgan Wolter in a case of improper photography that allegedly occurred at the Austin Radiological Association's San Marcos location.

The investigation was launched after a woman contacted police on Thursday, April 5 after finding a phone that was set up in a changing room. City spokesman Trey Hatt said the woman “watched a video that had been recording and saw that it recorded her changing prior to her procedure.”

According to Kelly Bomersbach, the woman “had the presence of mind to take the phone and video the video with her phone so she had evidence, then she came out and showed other people that worked there the phone.”

Bomersback said she didn't know if the individual had been fired, but that it's her understanding “a supervisor told this person to leave.”

So far it is an isolated case, she said. However, there's a possibility more potential victims will come forward once the individual is arrested and their name made public.

Invasive visual photography is a state jail felony.
